Merry Christmas

A quick note to wish each and everyone of you a Merry Christmas !  A week from today is January 1st, 2017.  Hard to believe that  that 2016 is almost over. This past Monday the attached cards were ones that everyone made at class at the Resource Center.  The celebrate card could be a New Years card or birthday card,  by using a different sentiment for the inside.  The calendar for 2017 could be used for a January birthday card or to replace the Christmas card not sent. The calendar is made with

the placard design. You could add a sentiment to the back of the calendar .It closes easily to put in an envelope to mail.  The design is easy.  You start with a 41/4 X 11" card folded at 5 1/2 "  Then you take a second piece of card stock cut 41/4 X 5 "  Score at 1", 21/2", and 4".  Fold and glue the one inch sides to the inside of the main card.  Decorate as you like.  Happy New Year !

Beautiful cards, Barb! I love the way you have used the little calendar. Thank you, too, for the lovely poinsettia Christmas card you and Don sent! So much careful cutting, and simply breathtaking! Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas, and also thanking you for your friendship. I hope that 2017 is especially good to you, and that the promise of new beginnings creates wonderful journeys! hugs, de
